The rules and process followed by an individual state are different. Specially, the state of NJ (New Jersey) has some unique transportation organization and rules. In NJ department of transportation is called New Jersey Motor Vehicle commission (MVC). The NJ division of motor vehicles commission consists of eight members. Four of the members are nominated by the NJ state Governor. Other three members are state officials and eighth member is the Chief Administrator of MVC. The current eight members are listed below:
